We currently offer shipping within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition. All return requests must be pre-approved by our team to be eligible for a refund.

We do not currently offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return eligible
items and place a new order for your preferred products.

If you would like to initiate an eligible return, email us at support@deardiary.in. Please include your order ID, item(s) you'd like to return, reason for return, and images showing the product condition. If eligible for return, we will share return instructions and next steps.

We recommend retaining return tracking until your return is processed. Once your return has been received and confirmed to be in the correct condition,

your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business
days.
